Another training event, another wasted opportunity.

Today's topic is team dynamics. You have some great material. People have paid real money to be there.

You never ask them why they came. You never tapped into the frustration, joy or wisdom of their team experience. From nine to five you gave them bullets points. Slide after slide after slide. Bullet point after bullet point.

Add some spice with clip art.

Why do this? Because have to get through the material.

Why? Because knowledge changes people. Yeah.

After all, that's how Jesus taught. Nine to five. Bullet points. Fill their minds with information and their hearts will follow.

Don't let anybody leave the classroom.

They might learn something.
