In praise of doing just about nothing
One of my guys sent me text today. He'd led someone to Christ. I called him immediately.
He began explaining he’d really done nothing. Two guys he’s trained, one a Muslim background believer, did all the work. He just arrived at the right time.
For some strange reason he thought this wasn’t good.
I told him, from now on I don’t want to hear stories of what you’ve been doing. Tell me the stories of what the people you’ve trained are doing.
My final question? Now what’s the discipleship plan for this new believer?
